The J-200 offers more brilliance, that I appreciate; serious may be less pronounced but, suddenly, more defined. The tonal balance is perfect and records met without placing ahead of one or the other.
Stumming in the J-200 outweigh the Masterbuilt as we hear all the notes. Of course, the guitar is for something! But the comparison is definitely favorable for J-200 offers the sound I prefer.
On Ovation Custom Legend, they also prevails on my eternal Adamas on almost all criteria: balance, definition. Adamas but still does not demerit, provided they are at a price well below the J-200.
