I use it for almost a year!
It's quick (it's normal sata ...) and there is no noise (well it did when I worked but fai're still not a turbine either ...)
And I lay with my full purchased Maxtor 80GB (IDE) and I can say that my Seagate is quieter!
And it's a very good quality RAPORT price!
If I still choose to do a hard disc I return to the same again!!
