I have owned a Hohner 2016 CBH for about 7 years and I learned to play on it. The sound of this harmonica is very clean, this also comes from the plastic construction... To be honest it is too clean. Which drove me toward the "Larry Adler"'s much warmer sound.
It should be recognized nonetheless that the possibilities of HBC are immense, it is very flexible and the sound is more easily modulated, which for jazz players is a treat!
The only drawback is its weight, with 16 holes you need to get used to it.
It was well worth the price and I recommend it to all.
