I have Génélec, Yamaha NS10 and others. I was looking for great public speaker but still good quality without typing in the high end that nobody buys.
The Eltax Monitor III are perfect to finish a mix, just before burning a CD to listen to in the car ...
. I much prefer my NS10.
When it sounds on Eltax, it sounds everywhere. (I record jazz, or music film made shot EastWest, VSL, ...)
They lack serious extreme, surprising.
By positioning against the affects rendering. Placed on the mixer is not the most flattering from the point of view of the audio. High Gloss Piano Finish Black Type, supplied with white gloves to handle them. Class.
I will not buy this pair.
