Very good multimedia speakers! It is true that they were expensive at the time of discharge (about 250 € if I remember correctly) but their quality is far superior to all pregnant type "small plastic box for computer" that I I have heard.
The USB connector is a big advantage: most mini-jack outputs original pimps (and sound cards for PCs) turns really bad from that branch of serious plays on it. There is usually a permanent background noise, accented with small noise interference that varies with the display and use of hard drives. Very annoying quickly, but with these speakers, no worries!
Be careful to place the box "on the desktop behind the screen" is really bad compared to "the floor beside the desk." The low down low and take fewer masks the rest of the spectrum, stereo widening and accurate.
