Made in China!
This is a guitar that throws, especially if you like the vintage style.
The Flame is beautiful, it goes from dark brown to orange / yellow.
So look side, we are very much worth the money (177 E Thomann).
The handle is mounted on a central beam that runs through this guitar quite heavy
to handle large, but not thick either.

UTILIZATION

The handle is very nice, is shrinking medium / original proper.
on the other hand, obligatory passage in the luthier (about 50 euros)
to correct frets. Believe me, you will not regret it,
will improve incredibly touching and delightful: Action lowest
no more curly (some curled at the origin).
The original strings are put directly into the garbage, as the voltage is
low. Put some good strings 11-47, it has nothing to do.
The original pickups are of rather poor quality, no depth.
Replace them with GFS Dream 90 type Guitarfetish.com home (no more than 20 euros!)
they will restore their former glory to your Herley Benton!
I put as note 9 (after processing), but this is strictly home a 5.

SOUNDS

You understood, this guitar is purchased with in mind the mods I'm talking about above: luthier, new strings, new pickups. Once done, you
get a guitar is absolutely fantastic: very enjoyable to play, its crystalline
and deep, look extremely attractive.
Keep the original guitar is strictly a mistake not to. It has
great potential, just waiting to blossom. All for a very budget
reasonable or ridiculous purchase 177 + 50 + strings luthier 20 + 50 = 300 euros microphones
for a result which I am extremely satisfied.
And if you combine this guitar to a Line6 pod type Pocketpod (which simulates amp and effects strikingly), you can play with all types of sounds. The clean sounds are very well rendered (you love the Beatles?).

OVERALL OPINION

Purchased eight months ago, I am particularly pleased with this purchase.
Ok, the guitar needed transformations, it is impressive and quite heavy
(Normal, since it is a copy of Gibson vintage guitar E 335), but it has
the sound that I wanted to achieve, it is very enjoyable to play, and his violin is wonderful. For some we take for G and J Harrison Lennon!
As I said last time, we must anticipate in advance budget for the
mods listed above. Otherwise, it's like driving a nice car with tractor tires!
Of course I do it again this choice. I also bought a copy Hofner violin Chez Harley Benton (the Beatbass), the comments are exactly the same: great potential, but
must know in advance with a reasonable budget is literally trnsforme
guitar!
