Manufacturing year Koréenne 90 (1992 mine)
Set neck, half box with central beam (copy of the Gibson ES 335)
Dot Repere
Rounded frets medium size.
Rosewood fingerboard with nice bending
Fibers of relatively straight and tight timber.
Typical circuit with double two double theft and tone
PAF-type humbucker (ceramic?) Changed to Seymour (see below)
USE
Channel of good quality, provide a very light planif for past cases (a classic)
Intonation quite correct.
Compared to a true 335, it sounds less woody, the varnish is thicker and the back of the neck slides a lot.
The attack is less smooth, the sound is less chubby, but it gives him a very sound side totally usable.
The basic circuit is not great, but with 4 CTS 500k, capas of 0047 oil and two Seymour (Jazz and JB N B), the sound is very nice for a guitar of this price.
The microphones set costed € 100 me, why deprive!
Jazz goes well on this guitar, JB, no longer present.
If you want to play very jazz, just put the dishes nets, for my part, I mounted 10 46 let versatile.
This gives the end a very pleasant to play guitar with a sound very usable and musical.
It does not replace a good gibson, but let's be realistic, there is a zero less in price.
I lug around everywhere because it can stand the shocks and fits well with any amp, it does not always choose in repeated rooms! <img class="smiley" src="https://fr.audiofanzine.com/images/audiofanzine/interface/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt="wink" />
SOUNDS
Good planif a better quality bridge and we get a very nice guitar.
The sound is pure and open, not super woodland, musical and goes everywhere.
With a little over budget, you can try it with the best mics, but it's worth can not be the peine0
The sustain is quite surprising for a guitar of this price and the attack is very straightforward and precise.
Good Hollow body a bit better for my taste the new Ibanez.
If it were to do again, I will test two 59 seth lover or two to compensate for the very clear side of the guitar.
NOTICE GLOBAL
The SAN450 model is quite successful, the handle may be a bit "big" for digital prowess, but with a little practice.
The violin is good, even if the table seems glued directly on the ribs, like a tin))
Finishing Fretes is not exemplary, but this guitar deserves some improvements (see above)
A planif two good microphones, a good circuit to budget for a nice guitar worthy of the great.
Provide a budget of at least € 350 upgrade.
Highly recommended for non-guitar fetish musicians seeking a good horse, efficient, simple and coherent.
