the rest I can not say, through the gills, we see that dark wood, but which one?
the pickups are humbuckers, but also of unknown origin.
finishes are exemplary, the varnish is thick and regular, well-polished the frets and adjusted well, nothing to say.
UTILIZATION
big surprise with this guitar since I bought it 150 euros on ebay (uk) out of curiosity and I thought I had a big hand in the stew just right for hanging on the wall to look pretty and help me out if necessary.
handling very easy, fairly light guitar, the Gibson more than 335 of my friend who is too heavy for my taste. handle large and not too thick. Cutaway therefore easy access to acute MATTER.
on the other hand, it required an adjustment of the height of the strings that were too low.
vacuum, it sounds good, with a balance-oriented medium-acute (normal for this type of guitar).
SOUNDS
on my Peavey Classic 30, clean sound, it sounds good, good presence but nothing more.
its crunch is a treat, a little runny but I like.
its saturax is not a guitar made for that, she went on as soon as feedback medium loose strings!
is typed as a guitar rockab ', jazz is playing in this spirit and it does very well.
the knobs are average, but are not for decoration.
OVERALL OPINION
I wanted a hollowbody guitar at an affordable price, I ogled on Ibanez AFS, and other Peavey Rockingham when I stumbled upon an auction ebay uk for 80 pounds for this guitar. I won the auction and I had for 150 euros or less.
at this price it's unbeatable for the quality of manufacture and in the sounds.
it has a classic look, a bit retro but catchy because of the beautiful sunburst table.
later, the question of ethics on the importation of Chinese products to discourage me take another ...
