Preamp lamp (a 12AX7) and 40W RMS amplifier transistors in an HP 12 "(combo open back)

Ultra simple connectivity: input, preamp out (fx send), poxer amp in (fx return), line out (DI?)
2 channels Clean and Drive (switchable by a small switch on the front panel or footswitch included)
- Clean channel: gain - bass - middle - treble
- Channel drive: gain (drive) - presence - bass - treble - volume
- Gnrale reverb.

It's simple, no FFECT, no modlisation.

UTILIZATION

Ben, I RPET, no FFECT (except the reverb used sparingly) no simulation.
No manual (no need or you have a brain of chicken)
So it is very simple and intuitive trs: one branch, we play.

SOUNDS

Sound types "lamp preamp / amp transitror" is to say, correct distortion (no Hi gain metal here) but lacks dynamics and EHJV from an all-tube amp.

The clean is dcevant (no color particulire)

The drive channel is better lotti. Is obtained easily a range of drive / crunch the slight distortion fawn mtal heavy (for the hi-gain, adding a metal zone pedals Specializes kind) but the overall color of the sound is the m me regardless of the settings (APRS if you want a sound radically DIFFERENT, change guitar logic ... at the same time.

OVERALL OPINION

Good amp though. I have 10 years. 2 knobs for cleaning following crachottements (classic on any amp) Otherwise it is like new. Never a worry. Good quality construction.

It ensures that all repeating with power of 40W (at beginners, when you start, you tend to donf all, but the power is sufficient, without pushing too sound, we hear).

By adding an overdrive or distortion pedals, we obtain three distinct sounds (clean home clean / crunch / distortion with pedals and sup)

A good choice of era (roughly, and there was a Fender). Now there are so many choices, so much stuff modlisation the choice is not empty. If you find it cheap on occasion is a good choice.
I will look more and probably the different MODELS dtail on offer today.
In the era, have a Marshall silent as a final conscration
