Large diaphragm, Lamp, omni / cardio / eight. Separate power supply box.
Not a blade of breath, even pushing the preamp back!
Main use: singing, without hesitation!
For the rest, because it is an excellent microphone, it will be good everywhere, but it excels for vocals.
A pro tool for pros.
When shooting with my U67, the song arrives as if by magic, just place in the mix.
It is as if it created a micro "tube frequency" in which the voice is placed naturally and fits perfectly in all mixes.
The sound is warm, round, sweet, with grain in serious but not drool at all. The lamp gives its full size after heating association.
Membrane pulls his weight in gold (if it is original because it is no longer manufactured).
His reputation is worldwide one of the best microphones of all time the home Neumann microphones to produce the best in the world for decades.
OVERALL OPINION
I used the first time 4 years ago, and I have a 3 months entirely original.
I will not make this decision because I do not have the finances to pay me 2 (it costs a fortune!) And at this price, I'd rather have another color in my park sound microphones.
When used, it almost touches the legend!
A must for a studio.
