it is a good looper "hand made" .... compared to the rc 300 "world company"
strengths: compatibility midi "perfect" sound quality, creative potential of the 4 tracks has inside of each loop (I detail after this critical point with respect to rc 300)
weaknesses: no "undo" ........ very boring in "I run the puree and then I manages"
therefore necessity to "prepare" the tracks, second weakness: no tempo display ... thus recording between two loops .. if you decaler the tempo adjustment ...... and what bin is dead
UTILIZATION
no problem everything is clear for a broken musicos has mao / loop ............ ..... see if the forum audiofanzine
excellent sound quality, configuration "4 tracks" kind old tascam or fostex type, is an important point of the looper, let me explain:
the rc 300 ... you can save or 3 "tracks" that run different stereo at the same time is 3 stereo tracks that keep coming ...... (like verse / chorus / bridge) and of the power of 45000 lies in the fact that you can record 3 tracks stereo or 4 mono + stereo by a loop that keep coming ... understand?
I detail .... the rc 300 is:
I have 3 independent tracks: bass guitar track 1 track 2 track 3 song ..... and I mute / unmute the 3 tracks as I want when running; however the structure of the loop is fixed (no verse / chorus eg)
I use either track 1 as verse, chorus as track 2, track 3 as a bridge .... but inside each track my instruments are "frozen"
well with the 45000 ....... I loop makes much I want (couplet1/refrain/pont/break...etc) and inside each loop ... I run my tracks as I want (mute / unmute) ...... this is the great strength of 45000
the second biggest strength (and size) is that it is "midi full compatible" ... all delusions are enabled it works, sync with cubase / ableton etc. in slave or master ... no worries
SOUND QUALITY
perfect sound quality .......
turn to two major defects (only in my opinion):
not undo: very boring ........ need to be "nickel" ....... if I erase and I start ... so not cool when manipulation has launched a recovery manu chao and everyone jumps in the air in the room ... so be prepare ... improvisation goodbye except "nickel"
not display the tempo so if I record 3 loops as a result .... well check before recording on a soft Slavic if the tempo of the loop ...... 109 bpm and a verse chorus has 114 .. embarrassing ... below 1.8 g calva in the blood ...
3 default for some (but quality for me) functions will have essentially no effect rotten unusable (rc 300) or pseudo drum machine worthy of a 90 year atari ... (rc 300)
OVERALL OPINION
here is ...... I have said everything I work before with a jamman stereo rc 50 and rc 300 ....
my philosophy:
if you are not working with a DAW or a BAR in MIDI sync. rc 50 or jamman stereo latter favors spontaneity but one track on the stereo for three rc 50
if you use the south but:
1) in a BAR in sync slave only: rc 300 or EHX 45000 ... it is discussed
2) sync a DAW (sequencer) or maschine kind or spark software: 45000 the only
