mine was the trans-black version, acastillage gold (well, gold for two months) and modern77 microphones.
UTILIZATION
(I speak on this but the guitar was sold)
- The handle is perfect, polishing the frets are better finished than the Squier VM of my daughter.
- Nothing to say the above, if you like we love this one LP. Ever weighed a guitar, I'm not maraicher.
It is the access of a lp, less than SG, but it everyone knows it.
- We get a good sound with the microphones are properly doing their job, they never sound saucepan. There is no point comparing them with pickups Gibson, SD or shop is a skyscraper at 300 and some Korean. In this range there it sounds very good. mine has its original pickups, the modern77. No need to change them, they correspond to the price of the guitar. I kept my money to upgrade a better guitar, I did that once sold there.

Compared to qq Gibs LP I tried, the sound is leaner, the saturation is less accurate but paradoxically, modern77 installed above allowed me to discuss a broader musical palette. I have never been disappointed by these pickups.
- With what (s) amp (s) or effect (s) you play:
At the time, Marshall Haze 15w lamps + overdrive Maxxon and phase 90. the distortion was that the channel distortion of the amp.
- What are the sounds you prefer, you hate?
ca is getting old, I prefer not to say bullshit.

- What is so special that you love the most, least?

* Without hesitation mics in this price range. all that I esayé in this range is only one of which it is not necessary to change the pickups.
* Price: ca can not do too badly to the wallet. None was adjustable with the screw hardness above. all tightened down, they were still floating, short throw live ones .. my squier is 100 times better.
* All of the walleye is acastillage was blocked in two months (which got me to make me a liar on the forums of fundamentalists brand, until I post pictures))
* The inlays was very loosely glued which made the surface not flat at all.
* Can not screw jack definitely. from the beginning I had to tighten every week. And yes, I know a screw jack

Ben is the problem. They are not very dear, but not terrible. IN the end I judge pretty good, the concurrency is not better in this niche. But, no offense to the fans and their guru, it is not bad either. It's just a Korean product over a market already crowded.
- With experience, you do again this choice?
It is also a recurrent issue. the brand image is clearly degraded by the pack of fundamentalists who make poop nervous when you touch their idol, and the brand seems to have favoritism that prevent any criticism. But if we can overcome this negative aspect, it is not impossible for me to redo this choice, not for myself but for my children. It's still a very good guitar to start if you seek a full LP-like.Comme other. advantage over others might be the greatest near the AV Services and its reactivity. And since chances are there that do appeal, provided it is reactive!
As always with this price range, you can come across as a good number on a scholarship. mine was a good number with a lot of negative aspects, but like other brands I think.
One last point: I had this guitar there is more than two years. It seems that the finish is better now. My advice is therefore to cross with those who have made the aquisition more recently.
