«  A great Les Paul »

Very good build quality.
The flamed table is beautiful, very soft touch varnish.

The tuners are accurate.

The strap locks provided are welcome, and the case is good design. The leatherette covering it is very beautiful, but perhaps more fragile than a case the usual Paul.

UTILIZATION

The handle is very comfortable, very close to that of my Les Paul Standard 1979.

The weight is therefore, this guitar is a traditional design. But to have had the chance to test two copies in store, I noticed that the weight was not quite the same between the two (probably density or drying wood that differs ...). My back already wants, but I took the heaviest!

SOUNDS

I have 5 GIBSON USA (Deluxe 1972 Standard 1979 Studio 2010, Traditional 2012) and it is by far the one that sounds the best!

The sustain is incredible, the pickups have a beautiful grain. The knobs are very accurate.

In combination with a Marshall JVM 410 H head or head Marshall AFD 100 ... it is a killer.
I play rock, but this Les Paul is very versatile, you get very good clean sounds or crunch. For blues, rock, or jazz it will be just as excellent.

OVERALL OPINION

Obviously there is a Slash, and this guitar will surely interest fans ... but not that.

I have read on the web: "What, AGAIN a Slash LP, blah blah blah blah blah blah ...!!"
Friends guitarists know that besides the marketing aspect, this guitar is really a GREAT Les Paul.

I had the chance to acquire in a store that is aligned Thoto for lower prices.
Some will find it a bit expensive, but it is not the Slash logo you pay, it's really the quality of a guitar finish and sound practices.
A buy eyes closed.
