Excellent finish
UTILIZATION
The neck is fabulous. A little round, but very nice. Followers of the game blocked, remember that the handle slides well but can be tiring a bit mimine.
Access to an acute classic LP. I hold it upside down because I'm left handed, so obviously, access to acute is more complicated for me, but it happens with all the guitars ... except the double cutaway.
It weighs his weight, which gives it a well full. Perfect for rock, blues, indie, at least for the trash, of course.
I have this guitar for 17 years, she has not flinched, just toggle the switch Bitonio I broke, and difficult to change because not even a standard LP.
SOUNDS
At the time I used it more regularly, I played a Peavey Express 112 (bof. ..). Type of music: indie rock and 70, it is perfect (the amp less ...!). I used almost always in the bridge position. OD with it makes the thunder!
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for more than 17 years, it is superb. This is my first "real" guitar, I do not undress, just because it sounds excellent, and it has more sentimental value for me. The only small gripe is the super thick varnish, it's hard to grow old ...
Before the scratches I had a copy of LP in Rockwood (sub-brand of Hohner, I think) ... really bad. The pickups have a very good sound, the guitar responds well and weighs well ... happiness!
Apparently it is no longer marketed. Too bad ... if you find hand and in good condition, I highly recommend!
For my part, I had bought in 1990-1991, then 2000 francs (300 euros, for the younger ...). When I see how it is after so many years .... I find the value absolutely fantastic!
Obviously, I would do this choice, although now I play a Epi LP on which I mounted Burstbuckers Gibson, then obviously, the comparison is more difficult ...!
