UTILIZATION

The handle is very nice (matt texture that does not slow down when you perspire hand on the handle), in short it is a real highway!
Access to acute easier than a Les Paul (I compare a lot since I have a gibson)
Oddly sustain is not as good as Gibson but remains powerful.
The sound ... terrible and very versatile with a small flat on the sounds "vintage" (Gibson ha ...) but against a formidable precision in rhythm or solo (small advantage for the Truckster)
Strong points: its weight, two times lighter than his cousin, a joy to play like this without tearing the shoulder strapped.

SOUNDS

Ha is on it sounds not like a fender (and vice versa) but it's not what you asked, I think that when you acquire this "bug", we know what is expected in terms of sounds.
I personally use it with an old Marshall Valvestate 8080 coupled with a Boss distortion (although it falls on the set of his and other Hetfield Dimebag to give you an idea of ​​the config!)
