Well they are often overlooked but to work with confidence when recording, the quality of feet used seems paramount.
I will not make toast on the technology used, you understand what it is, however:
- The clamping mechanisms are very soft, no need to tighten like a brute for the position remains stable.
- The weight is sufficient to ensure stability.
- Even the gray satin finish gives a reassuring and quality product.
OVERALL OPINION
I use the feet of this series for a few years (this model is in contrast to a recent purchase), and since then I gradually replacing all my feet "cheap" by products of this series who know how to forget, c is all that I ask!
They are more expensive than "standard" products (but mostly low end) that are found everywhere: RTX Stagg. I have a few of these, they all have one flaw: a mechanism maladjusted here, a thread messed up there, with which one can live but very annoying in the long term.
If I would do this choice? sometimes twice a day.
