In seeking a MIDI interface not CHRE with a max of channels I came across it the. It does the gre MIDI (no timecode or other) and works by self-powered USB: perfect. It combines a 19 "high. But this is not a patchbay! It is crit 'High Performance MIDI patchbay' but the three modes on offer (!?) Are totally unusable. For this I will put trs not a good note but do not sell features that do not exist!
UTILIZATION
I download any drivers that when buying. A small note about it. With the manufacturers of the drivers was not working but with those of FenetreXP impeccable! not crash or break. I use Cubase LE (PC XP2 2.4GHz, 1GB RAM) with 5 synths and a master keyboard. The interface does never saturates but I do not use all channels.
OVERALL OPINION
It's been several months and everything goes well. Outside the patchbay function that does not exist (I had not bought any for a Manir) compltement is transparent. This is requested. I do not regret my purchase at all: it is a device that does what you ask for too much.
