Value For Money : Excellent
Ibanez BTB, made in Indonesia.
Light ash body, neck-through 5-piece maple / bubinga neck, 24 frets, rosewood fingerboard and mechanical oil bath, everything from classic Ibanez.
The electronic side, there are two big Bartolini MK2 assets, supported by a preamp MK2 barto Eq 3 18V strips. Level bridge, monorail 2, very classical in modern BTB, which provide good sound transmission in the body of the beast. Controls, it has a master volume, a micro balance, treble boost, medium and severe.
Smaller, the Neutrik jack with safety, now installed on most Ibanez basses.
Big downside, which says 18V preamp said two batteries, which quite expensive.

UTILIZATION

The handle looks great at first glance, but we made it super fast access to acute is bliss.
Other flat, bass heavy enough, stay 4h in the basement with the group to play standing, it is a sport!
Big plus, taking his hand is almost instant, we identify very quickly, two knobs and three shots we left!

SOUNDS

Its level, I hide the beast is not cut out for a fat sound, very powerful. A very very large output level. It can get pretty vintage sounds, but we feel that the electronics quickly exhausted ... This is clearly not a low for our "friends" jazzman!

OVERALL OPINION

I use deuis bit, but I'm not disappointed! I tried low moult before this one, Yamaha rbx 375, ibanez sr 505, Samick corsair Cr15 .. None comes to his ankle! The value for money is excellent, we could almost feel the seller scammed!
With experience, I would do this choice without hesitation
