UTILIZATION
Handle very thin compared to other basses I've had (for a 5 string it aa nearly the same thickness as my handle precision)
very light weight for an active
sound like (like I said) was a Music Man Stingray.
Only complaint: the battery is a little difficult to remove if you want to change it. but hey no need to unscrew the back plate there is a compartment for the battery.
Good ergonomics, easy to take control
zik styles suitable for rock, funk, reggae a little metal but avoid in jazz
In a word: amazing
when you have it in the hands difficult to change
SOUNDS
I play blues rock and metal for nearly four years with a Fender Mexican accuracies and I note that the Ibanez SR305 is better suited to my style of play
well in the low round, a little noisy, but certainly in the medium it makes up for in the acute
According to the settings I'll see over time since it does not do long as I have acquired.
I play on two different amps at all points: a vintage peavey 150wtt because it must be my age well.
then a sedan HARTKE of 500w lamp that has breath away well and it sounds funny as well as on the other
OVERALL OPINION
Having had 5 bass before this one (an Ibanez SR 100, a BTB 5-string, a Fender Precision and a Mexican Epiphone Thunderbird) I must say this is my favorite
So for a little over 300 euros you can afford a real gem.
I advise all experienced bass player who wants to have fun but also for beginners who want to try out the 5-string (with respect to a BTB with a large round as a chocolate bar)
