OVERALL OPINION
I tried this coffee shop because it really made me the eye. I find it very beautiful and it is not very expensive.
Horror! The edges of frets, not sanded or filed, representing real metallic splinters ready to ravage the skin. Really dangerous and unplayable.
I thought: maybe an opportunity to have a very low price broken. I entrust it to a friend who affects violin and arrange it.
But the few tests I still play that made it I was not at all convinced in his. In addition, the coating of the handle is a bit special: the contact is not very pleasant and it hangs over it from slipping. Without wishing to Hollyday on ice on the handle, you still have some mobility.
Too bad.
For the history of hoops, I hope it was a manufacturing defect only. I'll have another try to see because it's very surprising, such laxity on the finish from Peavy. The bass was completely unplayable in the state (or while wearing gloves with steel mesh, and even then it would hang), and asked a lot of work editing.
on the other hand, for his disappointment, not convincing. Too bad because I find it really beautiful.
This notice is to be taken with reservations: Given the danger to the hand represented by the sharp frets, the tests could not be very thorough and it is possible that I came across a copy pourrave. Get your own opinion.
Incidentally, one wonders how a music store to put on the shelf, so to test low in such a state that could injure a tester.
