«  Disappointment of losing its vintage »

Published on 11/18/13 at 12:17
This is a big disappointment for me.

I bought these jumpers to give my Baja Tele (Vintage jumpers) a more accurate intonation.

Well, it works ... Intonation is better.

But I lost the gnac, fishing, the aggressiveness of my Tele. The sound becomes more neutral, Telecaster "standard". At first I thought it was the settings, so I just repeated several times. Finally, I decided to return the original brass saddles and everything is back! On a vintage Tele, leave notes like gun shots, slap what! It is not compatible with these bridges Wilkinson - All parts.

Note: Wilkinson bridges are much lighter than the original Fender. The screws are also thinner.
