« dulcimer made in britain! »
Published on 12/21/12 at 06:17used for a very long time!
I have 3 and a few other other brands.
this is a good dulcimer once made near Nantes camac society, which also imported kits and sound worse reputation. the brand still exists but has been bought and produces only harps. therefore dulci camac are used.
its European tuning (about 25 inches) makes it much easier to play than the American models in tune longer.
a dulcimer fits in D / her / re-re and it has not fret 6.5 (the hoop more is a recent invention and American). therefore in the range of re do you find a bécare. but a classic diatonic box starts at third (ground). This is why some people give in D / soil / re-re and play ground!
the violin is simple but clean. must change the strings (0.26 / 0.15 / 0,10-0,10) and play it for free and rings. violin mechanics are pretty but not very accurate. it can be improved with mechanical type banjo.
dulci the intrument is a simple to play and endearing. play complicated things above becomes a challenge! but I love this thing! ...
