The Airline Resoglass is an electric guitar that has two humbucker style pick ups and twenty frets.  Each pick up has its own tone control knobs and there is a switch to choose between them as well as an overall volume knob.  The guitar is pretty basic in make up besides that and has an overall really cool look and appearance.

UTILIZATION

Playing the Airline Resoglass isn't hard at all as the neck is pretty fluid and the guitar is overall quite easy to play.  It has a really unique look and shape while the weight of the guitar is about average.  It is pretty easy to get a nice sound from this guitar, but it doesn't sound like most guitars as it is pretty unique in terms of tone as well.

SOUNDS

I usually use the Airline Resoglass with a Fender Deluxe Reverb amplifier and I'm always pretty happy with the tones that I get.  While the guitar has a unique tone, it is capable of getting a number of different cool sounds that are suitable for a variety of genres including rock, pop, and folk.  I generally only use this guitar when I am going for a certain type of sound, which is kind of hard to explain without actually hearing the guitar.  Airline has a unique line of guitars in terms of sound, and the Resoglass is a really cool sounding one overall.

OVERALL OPINION

I haven't been using the Airline Resoglass for all that long, but in the short time I have been using it for recording I've been really happy with the sounds I am able to get.  These are no longer being made and are definitely hard to find, so for this reason the price isn't cheap and if you can find one it will cost a decent amount of money when compared to some other guitars of similar sound that are newer.  I can't complain too much about this guitar, but I would strongly encourage those interested to try it out before buying to see if it will fit your style.  Overall, the Airline Resoglass is a really cool guitar that is certainly unique to itself.
