« ESP F100 »
Published on 10/16/02 at 15:00I bought this uit at the Music Exchange becuase they were the only ESP dealer for several hours in any direction. Im familiar with a lot of artists who play ESP, so I researched the guitars and decided an F-100 would best suit my needs. I picked itup for $299
The looks are incredible! Mine is black, and it just looks amazing, even the headstock is cool. I like the pickups on the guitar, and for looking so jagged, its remarkably comfortable for extended play, and its relatively light and can be played standing up with ease. The neck is maple w/ rosewood fingerboard and is incredibly fast.
Very little i dont like about this unit, except that the black finish is really glossy, so smudges and fingerprints show up really easy.
the guitar has a bolt-on neck, but the sustain is amazing. the construction of the body seems flawless, all the knobs and jacks work as they should
absolutely amazing. If you're considering Ibanez, like i was, do yourself a faor and check out ESP. it might cost a little more, but you'll gain that and so much more back in quality. For the price, ESP is unbeatable in every sense
