For CHARACTERISTICS, it is close to the V-AMPIRE LX112. The only distinction is vritable Stereo mode via its two HP Bugera 10 ". Otherwise, here are prcises via Behringer CHARACTERISTICS:

UTILIZATION
I read a lot of opinions on the SERIES V-Amp. Many complained about the lack of clarity in the manual and the complexity of use. Wrong! The manual does not even read in depth, the key is to know the functions accder "caches" (edit menu paramtres + 2nd). Once you have the top, it is a question of rglages, of trial and error ... and the like on any amp. Personally, I love my mdiums booster. Obtaining a drinking takes 2 minutes. Get a good sound takes qques one more! The effects are good but not perfect bill in the sense that they are less than a configurable pedals. It can play only 1 or 2 paramtres (unless you go through the editor of presets on the PC). The noise gate Intgr is effective and the chromatic tuner. There are also auxiliary input with level of CONTRL. Handy to play with a CD directly to your amp. The rendering is excellent.
SOUNDS
I play mainly metal (heavy & death "Old-school"). The V-AMPIRE should all do that. You can get a great distorted sound, not runny. My simulation of prdilection is the Savage Beast (a modlisation ENGL) but the other Hi-gain simulations are just as good, question and got ears! I use three guitars on this amp: a RG570EX Ibanez (Japan) with Dimarzio Evolution, an Ibanez 520SZ (Kore) with Seymour Duncan Sh2 + SH4, a Jack & Danny YC780 (7 strings - China - a lil gem for 200 !). My 7-string and low-end microphones offer rsultat more than satisfactory. For the RG and the SZ, that's great, the sound is prcis! For my sound, I Do not hesitate to boost my mids in the EQ. Do not forget that bte offers several "modes of configuration": 2 live, studio 3. The choice is yours, but be aware that this choice affects the sound and it really can dgouter of this amp if you do not prtez attention. Thus, the mode is IDAL studio headphones for gaming and recording on PC. The live mode is perfect for ... live on - it also offers a post EQ and post rglage vrmt gain affects the final rendering. As for clean sounds, I n'mettrai not think I use too little. All this seems to me right utiliss same high volume. I guess the fact that it is a fast simulation crunch any effect. The HP are of good quality, better than the old HP Jensen and much better than the HP site in the Marshall or Peavey transistors.
OVERALL OPINION
I use technology V-amp for over 3 years. I had the V-amp 2, V-amp and Bass V-amp Pro. I opt for the V-AMPIRE for the "all-in-one". I never possd amp lamps. Too expensive, too fragile. I play the guitar as a hobby since the age of 12 prs and I play as a group since many years. I will spend the day on the amp lights I'll pay to play! By no question the investing like crazy. Transistor amplifiers have always agreed. I think they are well suited to metal, they are more contrlables and look "cooler" sound is adapted. I jou on the Marshall Valvestate (head + body), on the Peavey Bandit and finally rack (Rocktron Velocity 100W + Rocktron Chameleon and Voodu Valve). The V-amp gave me more satisfaction than all these brands. Do not be fooled by the so-called bad reputable Behringer. None of their products do me lach en route. It's the same comparison with Line6. Question but got Behringer is certainly not infrieur. I was able to test the POD XT Live for a Journe. The sound is more bcp "artificial" with the V-amp and it is embedded in the parameter. The V-AMPIRE costs 199 in Music Store in Germany. At that price I could buy the 2 (a peavey bandit is still 359). One for home, one for the local. In the future, I will buy the box BG412V (4HP BUGERA 12 ") 199 in order to ensure the largest rooms. I would do the same choice without hsiter and look forward to the next evolution V-AMP. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information!
