Simply because it is already much larger than sE, the pyramidal structure of the foam is very pronounced, and the two side panels can move, which brings a more significant when taking her.
The pub brand assures us that we can mount the panel on a footing of sound or mic. Uh! If you want the integrity of your microphones, forget the mic: the machine weighs five pounds, plus a U87 or TLM127 I have, your mic will for sure switch and dropping the panel assembly / micro down. Even the speaker stand is recommended with a fair bit. So, not saving on foot!
The assembly of the parts is no problem when I'm not fucking a nail.
This triptych, more than twice cheaper than sE is extremely effective particulièrment with two pivoting panels, it's very solid (this is the big mechanical) and seems so essential in a home studio that I ' have bought a second. So at least to make your own craft with foam and a desk for example, darker product. Offered around 100 euros, why look elsewhere?
