Being familiar with the products of the brand (big consoles: 4000/6000, Matrix ...). I was confident.
It is the first unpacking, SN 158, and after a few hours on, the plastic coating begins to curl, then peel off. Sound card and displays a performance worthy of an Mbox. On a machine of this price, it hurts.
After reviewing our problems with the distributor, (by the way, very responsive and very proficient), we propose an exchange.
A month later, we received the news, SN 350 and bananas, it has a heater in the ass more and SPDIF optical and RCA. (The first have the RCA).
But after a series of tests with different computer, the verdict is always the same for the sound card, here and desalination of the rest. We shall return to completely change comfig.
It is a good control surface, the analog part is worthy of the brand and pretty well designed.
Especially with the function used to insert a device to the master and the monitor while being able to retrieve it in the DAW.
But against the sound card is really below the rest at the edge of the unusable (latency really another age), even a sound card with € 150 USB is better.
So for the price, we must know we have a good control surface and two SSL preamp point bar.
