« Parlor original and fun to play »

Published on 03/26/13 at 04:09
Value For Money : Excellent
Guitar made in China (not surprising ;-)
- Veneered everywhere, violin snug.
- Right Channel
- Satin finish on all
- Mechanical Chrome
- Please note that out of the box, I had no adjustment to make. The action was good. Ropes origins are of average quality, a change in the past is a good thing.
A quality cover comes standard with the guitar.

UTILIZATION

Small but not too much, is holding a "real" guitar (Parlor size), the Composer is easy to play. Small hands will find them. The tuners hold the agreement, most ...
It plays easily in all positions ... a small acoustic easygoing.

SOUNDS

Projection is good. I changed the strings almost immediately, the sound is better for it. A medium-very acute stated (nothing unusual given the size of the box) with low still present, especially since the change of strings (Martin Marquis). Surprisingly, I found that pressing his game the power of this little guitar was impressive.
Do not expect to get any sound jumbo solid wood all the same ;-)
But given the size and materials, the Peavey sounds quite correctly (especially picking).

OVERALL OPINION

I bought this "little" guitar for an instrument to be put under the fingers move or simply let hang in the living room for sudden cravings gratouillage. Without spending a lot of under and without a second thought about the strength. Little or no advice on the net about the "Composer" (admittedly, recent catalog Peavey).
My opinion is very positive. I find pretty (cutting of the body is a success and a positive impact on the sound), very easy to play and well finished. Gained less than 130 euros ... a quality / price excellent.
I advise without restraint.
