This is a MODEL of old analogue distortion pedals.
It is black with orange and labeled "Zoom driver" on it.
Rglages level there are 4 knobs:
- Volume
- Gain
- Low
- Acute
and a rotary switch to select six of distortion MODELS:
- Stack 1
- Stack 2
- 112 combo
- R & B
- Metal
- Zoom box
we also find the small knob ZNR: the famous rducteur zoom noise.
Level connections: In, Out and footswitch between
It works with a standard transformer or 6 batteries (!) R6.
It is quite heavy and large (3 times larger than a bump pedals) and seems indestructible.
One regret, there is no SETTING THE medium.

UTILIZATION

This is one of distortion pedals so it's not rocket science.
You turn the knob and walk.
When the manual, I can not say because I do not possde (PDAL buy OCCAZ).

SOUND QUALITY

In practice, we realize that the 6 different kinds distos are trs.
- The one stack (the one I use most) the sound is somewhat reminiscent of Zakk Wylde (large and some medium Cracra)
- The stack 2 is plutt neo metal genre with a trough in the medium.
- The 112 combo is pretty serious and heavy.
- R & B is amazing and super heavy if you push the gain.
- The metal possde of acute sharp trs.
- To finish the zoom box and a fairly soft overdrive.
In any case, it is possible to have a trs high gain that is reminiscent of the boss metal zone. The sound quality of the pedals is just bluffing. I use it to get big sound "metal" and frankly I have not found anything better for now.

OVERALL OPINION

I have been using ... I know too, may be two years.
It's a rather special possde, a little bold with lots of gain. In return, it sounds much less "electronic" than many of distortion pedals and this is the strong point.
If you want to find a OCCAZ 'good luck, it is no longer produced for many shekels!
But if you see it in a store, ask for a try you will definitely be surprised!
