Overdrive pedal in his novel (based Benrod, I have not tried everything yet). Metal case. She has four beautiful knobs turned super nice, neither too hard nor too soft, well-spaced (in the hands of loggers, you never know ...). Another specific, the 'Cut' was the exact opposite effect that 'Tone' on other pedals turned all the way right and you have more acute (such as Proco RAT).
What bothers me is that when you see what's inside, the case would be slightly smaller (I think of those who have more room on their pedalboard).
UTILIZATION
The winning race is perfect for what I wanted: similar to what can make a TS9 for example. To continue the comparison with the TS9, she eats less bass. I also find that the TS9 "spoke a little nose" with my gear. And two parameters and Cream Cut can find a varied range of his.
SOUND QUALITY
Tested with Hot Noiseless Strat equipped with a Duesenberg 49er and a Marshall JTM60. This is the pedal I was dreaming. It also behaves well with two guitars. I can get what I want: sounds hot, aggressive, the light saturation punchy sound good (it is still very far from the world of big distortion anyway).
OVERALL OPINION
Not really knowing what I wanted, I tried several overdrive pedals and different price ranges from one euro to 200th 50aine about:
-The sonic glory of Rocktron missing a little mellow for me and with a character that I liked any more than that.
-The TS9 and TS808 (I know if it was the Maxon or Ibanez but short): this was the kind of overdrive that I wanted but they lack bass and the kind, I preferred the Cream Can.
-The T-Rex Mudhoney: I liked but I did not find quite versatile and Tone knob is poorly done I think. It's not really a pure overdrive too.
-The Fulltone OCD: it's true that it is great but I found it too mat (not atypical if you want). Finally, I preferred the character of the Cream Can.
The value is really good for me: it's handmade in France already. And for me, it sounds as good as the 200th pedals I try.
