Overdrive low analog gain.
True bypass, volume and treble drive LED on off
Painted metal box "by hand" and sign.
Each pedal is different, craftsmanship (hence the price)
Premium components and means.
The circuit is molded and not find the diagram, so I can not say more.
the problem of a molded circuit, that is in case of failure, the pedal is ruined!
It's a shame for the price of the beast !!!
USE
Volume is just sufficient to boost an amp, but it is more interesting with a hairy drive.
treble the work done in the medium treble frequencies, and can compensate for the excess exaggerating bass to treble (and yes, it's "bottom").
The drive sounds very "clean boost" in the race early, but thickens very end of the race.
It does not compress too much and the crunch is very close to the raction of a lamp, does not ring a "plastic", the harmonic sparkle everywhere and the sound is very clear and bright without being aggressive.
The higher up the gain, the pedal sounds more "soft" and with a lot of bass.
Gain to the max, we are almost in a very soft fuzz, with 11h gain, we are in the very subtle crunch which reacts attack.
It cleane correctly to the volume, the grain is fairly thick with non-mediums colors, soft treble, and a lot of bass.
By the tone 15h, we gain in clarity and lose bass, which makes finding an optimum adjustment compared guitar amplifier chain.
I find this pedal very well balanced with low-level types PAF pickups because it keeps the character of the microphone, and it's even better with simple, because it gives a good thick dnatuer without sound base.
SOUND QUALITY
The sound is very open, with beautiful harmonic, clear mdium and low chubby.
It just compress it takes and respects the original kernel by adding sweetness to it, the thickness and sustain.
The effect can be very discreet and can be used as a basis for sound.
It is perfect with simple microphones because it opens many harmonics and the sound is very alive.
The equa is flat, no bump medium as the TS808.
Overdrive wonderful to have an organic sound, light crunch, very respectful of the amp.
His weakness: It can be a problem if the basic set too low.
Its strong point: It makes creamy any stratum!
NOTICE GLOBAL
It is rare, not give, but I advise you not to hesitate if you see a move not too expensive.
I pay my own 175, which is very reasonable for the result.
It is not super versatile and I pair it with a pedal more "mechante" in my pedalboard, but it gives you wings!
The result is of great musicality with HP Weber alnico-type and an amp circuit-like fender tweed or blackface.
I do not put 10/10 because of the versatility of the system badly painted molded case and buttons cheap knobs (for the price) but plugs into a 10/10 18w lamps and a good vintage TV !dropoff window
This great personality is a "holy grail" ranger with zendrive, Landgraff, Lovepedal that we love so much.
