Fails may be a 3-band EQ, what we find more and more about the current pedals (AMT etc ...).
UTILIZATION
Trs use simple plug and play. We turn two knobs and it was the sound!
SOUND QUALITY
This small pedals is a killer ... For me two uses idalie:
- On an amp with a distortion transo too cold for you: the TS9 is used as the distortion pedals on the clean channel, we obtain a saturation that comes close to those of vintage tube amps, with excellent dynamic and great music.
- On a full amp tubes: the TS9 is used as a "boost" on the OD channel, SETTING THE dpart: 9am gain, volume 3 hours. It Relva overdrive your amp, but a force! In a mix it passes trs well, but it is discrte is heard, it is both sweet and powerful ... It is a value that sre not likely you dcevoir ... And do not rely on its hull green: it sends the pure lights on at all something crazy!
A combo of all-tube type Peavey Classic 30 Laney VC30 or she will give you three channels under the foot: clean / OD of the amp / OD boosts hormone ...
OVERALL OPINION
Excellent pedals, which are found may be a bit expensive at times (I saw 120, is not it ...). arrter In any case it is a value sre, pedals a must for any self-respecting guitarist. Some will say that the prfrent Maxon TS808 or XXY, with this electronic lment blah blah ... Hmm ... The sound diffrence for me (I may be deaf) is close to 0.
From my point of view one of the best pedals for OD / distortion. I use it for several years and I never think of the CDER.
