Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? ...
Yes. I installed Linux Xandros audacity and it works well.
Is stable. With the new SD cards, it begins to have a lot of room.
It can boost the ram.
Zoom H2 (Pocket Recorder) is recognized as a USB audio interface
(Ie direct audacity!)
Now, to go further, eg computer music, real time, it must be pretty good in linux.
Since this is not my case, I hesitate to commit myself further.
The ideal would be to have a small machine for real-time scene.
