I bought in December 2005 a Gmini 400, which has already fallen down three times for sound output.
Archos refused to intervene when it was purchased from a dealer.
the dealer went bankrupt so archos has agreed to address the 3rd repair
Repair downtime in 3 months + 25% of the time. The third failure a few days after the end of the warranty period earned me the ax customer service ARCHOS = 60 repair my expense.
my son has an Ipod that works perfectly and is never fails.
With the experience I do not would do the same choice for the Archos
