Hello everyone!
So here on AF it's a lot of noise on active PA The Box. Everyone spoke well but I did not want active speakers because I already have a good amp, Crown XLS 1000. I was looking for passive speakers of reasonable quality without ruining myself. Well I found I did that yesterday but the tests are conclusive! I have in my room Denon 10pouces 45W and 700W power tower HQ 2x15 '. But I wanted more: a the Box on each side of my bed .. IT DOES NOT BREAK ANY OF THE EARS! : D the sound is very nice, round, warm, the bass is crisp, precise and punchy, even if it's only 12 ', forget it, it will not shake the house like my HQPower but c' is still not bad! The only thing that bothers me a bit is that they breath, well good on it quickly disappears when you mount the volume but to listen to jazz is not very bof. But I found the solution! I just took a towel glasses (what a piece of cloth) and I placed in the cone of the tweeter to the outside! Highs are not mitigated and the breath disappears! Frankly for the price it costs to Thomann! Go for it's good stuff, plastic exudes strength, the grid does not move, the handle is solid, nothing vibrates at high volume: claps well! : D excellent value for money! Well, the sub bass some songs do not spend too much unless you push the volume: the speaker does not drop below 50hz so it's normal. But I quibble here!
