I've had my Zildjian cymbals since I began putting together my set 12 months ago. This ride gives me everything I need in a "go to" cymbal which I keep to my right. When you find the sweet spots where you are going to get the right clink, or the right "sizzling" sound, you'll just grow to love switching over to the ride for a triumphant breakdown or breathtaking chorus, this baby sings, and as a drummer/singer I find myself harmonizing with her as we ride out a high note or fade out over a breakdown. Really beautiful cymbal.
I tried a few models, but I have been partial to Zildjian since I was a kid. I never had one crack on me, and I like to play hard. This particular model felt right, so I went for it. This is another great case of you pay for what you get. I love this cymbal, she's worth the flow. I make the Zildjian sizzle choice for every breakdown and every chorus, and often for a long jam session full of jazz times and various time keeping. Don't be afraid to smash into her for a unique crash once in a while too.
