Quick and hassle free. Ncessite JAVA, EOS3.00b minimum and a SCSI connection is highly recommended for transfer of samples.
A few crashes (loss of sync midi / scsi particular) but fast and lossless reminders, the data as stored in the memory of the sampler (which does not crash at all). Loads samples / presets from the PC to the E-MU almost instantaneous (set memory cache), backup samples / presets fast trs. Performance to go, no latency.
Environment multifentre modular, many functions to automate tasks, drag and drop implementations (mapping keyboard in 2 sec!), Ultra flexible, the entire architecture E-MU Samples / Voices / Presets visible in ditable So a few clicks save time programming phnomnale (a pure joy), I use it in conjunction with EOSlink for functions including sampling, since I have never given a hand on the control panel of E-MU. In a word: ESSENTIAL!
