Noschwarz « Good but not great »
Published on 08/31/12 at 13:57I use my 6 Neo in concert hall / club for a year.
While overall it is pretty good, including a UV enough class and friendly gobos, several points are in my opinion, improved.
Red is particularly dark and really miss gouache. It is the same for magenta.
Once controlled by DMX Neo shows some weaknesses. Including movements (Pan or Tilt) very slow, the engine loses all the movements are smooth and notched. In addition, and this even managing positions in the default patch the console, the Neo has a default position can not be changed with the Pan 0, while the logic should be 127. Quite inconvenient in use together.
To my taste strob maximum speed is not high enough.
My opinion is that it is a good machine to use club, but do (too) seek to work with precision.
