I'm going to stain you share my impressions of this model with certain peculiarities compared to sg 61 reissue usual.
It is manufactured in the USA guitar bridge tune-o-matic stop bar tailpiece.
The neck is a slim type, the finest in gibson, 22 frets, 57 classic pickups, two volume knobs and two tone knobs.
Ebony finish with satin varnish, key in maple roasted (baked maple).
UTILIZATION
The ergonomics and comfort related to sg models are waiting for you.
The guitar is very light compared to a standard sg (I have too).
Therefore, I use to advantage in the framework rehearsing several hours.
The satin finish allows for a unique touch on the sleeve.
It's fast, smooth and very comfortable even after several hours of play
Through the use of the varnish patina back of the neck and it becomes more and more enjoyable
to go. it is as if the guitar gradually adapting your game to become the final, "guitar."
This is very different from the feel of a nitro lacquer to handle as standard on my sg.
Objectively, it is more enjoyable.
For information, I have not had a problem handle sticky and tacky on my sg standard.
Despite this, the day and night, especially when it comes to engaging in long sessions scratch.
The key in maple roasted confers satin sensations around ebony.
It is very soft and smooth to the touch, it helps to have a "smooth" play on slides, and fluid
on fast riffs and snarling.
As a classic sg 61, access to the treble is very favored.

is obviously aware of this aspect.
Finally, the finish is just perfect, no defect, good guitar set (purchased from guitar legend in paris) and very stable.
SOUNDS
The satin finish and key in maple roasted have a significant effect on the sound.
The grain is aerated, the guitar has a strong resonance empty.
Once connected, the sound range is very wide.
You can get the brightness and slamming on the bridge, as the heat and velvety
on the sleeve.
We approach both the twang of a telecaster, and the depth of a les paul using the appropriate settings.
I was particularly surprised by the quality of the vibrant and warm clean.
It is much more reactive than organic and clean the standard sg but it has also come
microphones classic 57 warmest on 61.
The crunch and distos are typical of sg 61 again with a looser grain, more air.
This is particularly audible when playing open chords with distortion.
The sound is very defined and precise.

I was seduced by the very different sensations she brought over the standard sg
including clear sound.
I tried many models, but it is clearly one that caught my attention.
This choice I would be happy, this is a guitar that I will always have, which is not necessarily the case for my sg standard!
