Initially quite interested in a Tama Starclassic in 6.5, while maple is in 450 euros. Then the friend Regis, while putting me aside, told me: "you should try the DW Collector, it is 80 Euros + expensive it is true but it has reinforcements chamfer and sounds of the fire god" . I remain suspicious because like many I know DW = expensive and also because even if we know a little Oscar and his band are traders ...
In short, I try. And there it is EXACTLY what I was looking for: a sound well wooded, fine adjustments, trigger tip top, a 3-position selector side Butt End excellent (this is a system that allows you to switch on 3 different positions, from slightly relaxed, very tight and the fat slamming).
Downside only, except for the price anyway: the ties (especially the reso) tend to loosen but a game of washers Tama later, it's perfect.
