Value For Money :
Excellent
Transistor
50w
2 channels
1 reverb
UTILIZATION
No need for manual! One branch and it works.
It is very lightweight and compact. I'm used to much time to find a rehearsal room sets. He now serves as home to spare my neighbors decibels of my tube amp.
SOUNDS
A clear very transparent.
Distortion is obtained by adjusting the pre / post gains
A spring reverb.
The sound is very clean at low volume, I rarely pushed to its limits.
I played a lot of repeats with Godins craftsman and a multi-purpose boss. It is quite effective: crystal clear sound and no buzz.
I have not used the distortion so no opinion on this point.
A slight buzz appears when you push the gains in height.
OVERALL OPINION
I had several amps:
1 combo Peavey 15w (must start)
1 combo Peavey Special 130 - vintage, great!
1 combo Vox AC15
Quality markedly smaller than the 15w.
Special power much lower than the 130, but its comparable quality. The same side of vintage.
No comparison with the Vox
I bought it because it was really cheap and it matched my mobility needs of the time. A very good value for money. Lack of power if your drummer does not know how to contain.
