Value For Money : Excellent
Made in China but exellent violin (and the word is weak)
Bridge tune-o-matic
Channel crossing in 3 parts in length without varnish so skiing is perfect
24 frets, 2x EMG 81/85 (bridge / neck)
1 volume knob
1 pickup selector 3 positions (I wanted a simple config and it's perfect)
Transparent blue and black chrome hardware (look at the pictures of the beautiful to see it)

UTILIZATION

The soft handle and so super nice, an average thickness too much or not enough, and the key features stunning pearl pins in the fact that it is crossing is very comfortable, it is in line with the body
3.140 kg, so rather slight, strat shape, rounded table in maple and cut for the belly, comfort and balance are great
Access to acute ... I do not see how we can do better without plate to screw the handle at the back there is nothing that interferes with the position of the hand
For its well ... it's EMG love it or not, if the config is simple so there can not 36 settings for microphones: bridge, bridge / neck and neck, the volume is quite progressive, enough to crunch on a hi gain channel, but it is not for her

SOUNDS

For me playing metal is designed for its so it suits me wonderfully
For sounds:
The 81 light, crystal clean and the attack by slamming
Distortion in large straight and accurate bass, mids rather high mids (almost not compressed like on other guitars I've tried with EMG) and good for acute and slightly sharp but not aggressive (sound is neither hot nor cold, rather neutral)
The 85 is warm and gentle clean, also slammed if necessary, distortion I never used me handle distortion microphone so I do not just say to try in the bridge position (next change strings)
But overall the sound is very precise and clean, what a treat

OVERALL OPINION

I've had one week
I've tried everything, BC Rich, Schecter, Ibanez, Jackson, PRS, ESP, LTD, Epiphone, Gibson ... and there is 2 years old Charvel a les paul with the blackout, which had left me on a very good quality printing
Until now I had stayed with my BC Rich Warlock Platinum for 8 years for lack of a better affordable
I never liked the sound of EMG except two guitars, ESP and Charvel this, I would not say why, strings, amp, battery dying shortly be ...
I've tried this Charvel 2 times in 2 stores, a transparent black transparent blue and the other, the sound was very flat without any bass strings because of 9/42, barely received I put him 10/52 and this is the day and night
This brings me Charvel precision and cleanliness while being similar to my BC Rich (pitch, fixed bridge, humbuckers), the differences that have me most are the active EMG, the neck-through, blocking the lifts, the strat shape The transparent blue is sublime and lets see all the grain of the wood, pearl binding is suberbe and black chrome hardware is beautiful without being bling bling
value for money, € 469 on Thomann against € 750/800 in the store, should not miss the case so 10/10 for value for money
