Value For Money :
Excellent

In Japan, by Team J Craft.

24 frets, DiMarzio / IBZ (designed and engineered and manufactured by DiMarzio for Ibanez) MSM configuration.
What type of bridge (Floyd, Wilkinson ...)?
Floyd Rose Ibanez Edge Zero ZPS3 type.
What are the settings (volume, tone, micro switch ...)?
One volume knob and another tone. The switch is a 5-position (for more info http://www.ibanez.com).
What kind of stick?
Channel Ibanez Wizard Prestige 5-type coins maple / walnut with rosewood fingerboard and slim.
What type of body?
Body shape RG basswood Japanese.
UTILIZATION
The handle is it nice?
The neck is what one might call a highway. Very thin, ergonomic and pleasant to the touch, this handle is the most advanced and worked I could see. It is rather wide and has a very high radius, which means that the face is very flat rosewood.
Access to acute (last string) Is it easy?
Extremely easy. The heel is rounded and greatly facilitates access to the 24th fret.
Ergonomics is it good (in terms of shape, weight ...)?
The guitar has been the subject of a very good weight distribution so that its light weight is perfectly distributed. The cuts are very well thought out and is very simple to solve because of its manual very clear explanation and ingenuity that engineers have demonstrated Ibanez.
Do you get a good sound easy? ...
It is very versatile because of its configuration and quality of its microphones. She is very docile and the sound that it only depends on the amp and your fingers.
SOUNDS
Are they suitable for your style of music?
I play mostly rock it is progressive, alternative or more traditional and I must say that the ease in which this Ibanez demonstrated whatever the style is brilliant.
With what (s) amplifier (s) or effect (s) do you play?
I have long played a Randall RG50TC giving him a very warm sound that eventually get tired. When I bought a Tiny Terror Orange it was a slap fenomenal as this Ibanez groovit a max on this amp vintage grain. I dare not look at the complex a good strat-level twang in clean and I do not even crunch and distos ... a massacre.
What kind of sound you get and with what settings ("crystalline", "fat ",....)?
I generally do not cover more than half of the race knob gain rhythm tone with the 4. The sound is precise, incisive but keeps it real real heat. In clean, groove it singles or doubles with a potato and a very musical roundness. With the tone set at the bottom and a middle-level microphones she released a twang of the fire of God. For solo I boost the amp with a Boss GE-7 and it gives the best of himself, do not bother to report that Ibanez loves it and sings literally. Ultimately, microphones and high-flying violin delivers impressive sound.
What are the sounds you prefer, you hate?
OVERALL OPINION
For how long have you been using it?
It's been a year and a half that I am the proud owner.
What thing do you like most/least about it?
Its versatility and build quality leaves me speechless. To his perfectionism, he may be accused of a switch and medium quality the abscence of a second volume knob or killswitch (for fans).
Did you try many other models before getting this one?
I tried the U.S. and Mexican Stratocaster, a Carvin Standard, a Gibson Les Paul Studio, a Music Man Luke Signature Americaine a Telecaster and a Epiphone Les Paul Custom. Ibanez is this that has proven not only above the crowd but also the best value for money.
What is your opinion about the value for the price?
Perfect: 1000 € new, unbeatable. It is the antithesis of brands like Gibson or Gretsch who live by their reputation by posting prices to insane guitars sometimes poorly finished.
Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? ...
Yes, without hesitation. There I found a guitar exception I will not let up for anything.
