Audience:
Beginners
Ibanez S-470 (BK)
Series S (Sabre) made in Japan (model 1996)
handle wizard neck, 22 frets, jumbo cargo!
double V1 and V2 pickups and simple micro S2
vibrato Lo TRS
5-way switch, volume and tone
mechanical finishing of black!
UTILIZATION
The Sabre series are Polyval Quazi as all Ibanez guitars but preferably for blues and jazz,
the handle is very comfortable and in rhythm or solo all is going well,
guitar very platte (body and neck) not necessarily small, it worth a great playing comfort!
accessibility of the volume and tone is easy (eg the effects violins)
the floyd it is less accurate than a Lo Pro Edge!
SOUNDS
Having an impressive sustain, despite the presence of a floyd, the chorus and solo become masterful!
the pickups are original one may fair, I personally made of metal and I moved in with DiMarzio Evolution and there's the banana!
OVERALL OPINION
In 1996, mid-range guitar (now entry-level manufactured in Korea), it was rather a very good scratch for beginners!
