Value For Money : Excellent
See web
for info prior to 2005, the guitar is equipped with emg81, now handle 81 was replaced by 85 (so an alnico)
licensed floyd, set neck, made in korea, emg active, superb finish (guitar darker than the pictures made with a web flash)
in short, that's good for the price.
it lacks the original Floyd, but the price increased by forty + 100 €

UTILIZATION

The handle is varnished on the back, and I love it (speed provided), access is excellent thanks to the acute set neck, the guitar is well balanced (no head leaning). Weight "normal"
the only catch up to the little knob tone. The difference is minimal when the Triffouille although audible.

SOUNDS

So me is the metal (Meshuggah, Pantera). For the rhythm of Meshuggah is the top. The emg are solid and clear at a time. The rhythmic sounds perfectly good. As for the cons pantera, I do not think this is the best of the best (even if a dimebag, rest his soul, could be content). But a good scratch can take up a guitar. And attention, I'm not saying it can not do pantera (and beautiful way), I'm just saying that putting a little more in the budget, we can have a guitar with a grain more similar to that of pantera. While for the heavy solid rhythm (accentuated by a string phrasing fast), there is nothing to add, it is tip top.
plain the sound is quite round but with the lack of acute emg85 (not enough for a slamming good old rock and roll). It is powerful but less accurate low as 81 in full, the 81 has more acute and more precise in its crystalline but is more saturated in the clear. Overall, the 85 for clear sound (with a small button on the amp or the pedal to add acute) and 81 with distortion (and it would not slap hack lol).

OVERALL OPINION

So I've had 3 weeks
I love her look very classy, its rhythmic EMG kills, its handle very very effective (as well as landmarks in the block are originals and sober at the time).
I scratch (I'm singing at the base) has a jackson dinky with duncan design microphone. So I think that solo, the dinky must be a little more "alive" while mh400 must be heaviest naturally (ie without too much equalization) in rhythm. Anyway, the dinky is also good rhythm and solo mh400 (for soloist, mh400 is very well but somehow a real guitar "Guitar Hero" should be out more than € 800 lol so the mh400 its price is already very very good things, requires emg)

value for money is really very very good, just missing the original floyd guitar and there would be no default quasiement for its price (if one can speak of default ... since it is already really very good) and for I play (well yes, it's not a fender guitar rocker, and it's not that I sought.)
I keep it no problem even if in the distant future, I intend to buy another guitar, like me a jackson equipped with seymour dimebucker. But hey, I say that gluttony lol.
