I just plugged my strat Chris Rea with a set of microphones MS Tornado '60s series L.
To be honest, I took a big blow!
Serious have a roundness and warmth than my previous microphones had not, and the highs are to die for! It's simple, before I only played one or two positions of the selector, and then I rediscovered a new guitar with a lot of potential.
This is simply the sound I was looking for a long time, and I strongly advise
musicians who find their strat lack of character, to make this change.
For just over 200 € the set, these pickups are much better than sets costing 300 ...
