19 inch 1U Rack format.
I have version XLR, 2 in, 2 out.
There are also connections for a side chain.
UTILIZATION
The general configuration is simple?
Simple, but it's still a compressor, you have to understand how this rule.
SOUND QUALITY
The effects are they effective, responsive and realistic enough?
Which instruments do you use?
I use it for vocals and rap with a preamp tube.
I very slightly compress the input. It allows me to reduce 2-3DB loud passages. (Report in the "P", the "D", the "F" ...). Attack and Release between 2 and 5.
Since I, the voices are brighter (without being aggressive), clearer, words are better understood. It was really feels.

I like the vintage look, its lever-type switches that differ pushbuttons.
And especially I like are effective, it does the work I expected.
quality / price ratio very correct since I bought the 230th (2012) used. Roughly the same price as a dbx / alesis of occas. A bargain! It sells more expensive in general.
I think it was worth nine 800-900th.
