Excellent
Here is my opinion on the headphones AKG K240 Monitor version:
- How long have you use it?
I use it for fifteen years, he does my first stereo headphones.
- What is the particular feature you like best and least?
It possde many qualities:
THE FIRST is the price quality ratio, as it can be found in nine out of 75 E bay. I think it's the best quality price in this price range.
Then it is a headphone called "groove", the privilgiant mdiums on the bass and treble, which makes it enjoyable for the trs cost of the rock, pop or the 'electro.
Trs is lenient with the source: you can Listen to CD quality medium and to enjoy it without hearing all the default of the same CD.
Finally, it is a sturdy headphone trs since followed me for 15 years without problem (I have just replace the jack), and yet I did not specially care, including Premire year!
He still few default:
Premire, comfort is not exceptional. He tends "Heat" just the ears. We must therefore remove it from time to time to the s'arer dernires.
Then it's a headphone that takes a lot of power: not going to use a portable CD or connected directly to a sound card. It is 600 Ohm, and push it, it must necessarily possder a headphone amp at best, see a traditional amp possdant a headphone output. (See the limit of a CD deck lounge).
Finally the default, it is my opinion not for classical music. it is not sharp enough in the bass and treble for this style of music (even if your exact is not bad)
- Have you tried many other models before acqurir?
Even if he does my first hi fi headphones, I now possde two other models:
a Sennheiser HD 650 (much more) and a Sennheiser HD 570 (same price level).
Even if the AKG does not compare to the Senn HD 650 (fortunately addition, the report price is four-fold), I use it more often than my HD 570. I would say that my AKG is for all music except classical, and my HD 570 blends better with classical music.
- How do you report qualitprix?
As explained above, I think it's the best headphones in the range less than 100. It is sturdy and gives a deep and mlodieuse music.
- With the exprience, you do again this choice?
Even if I use less (because Senn HD650), I love my AKG!
I am an addict of music, and it allowed me to listen normment of musical styles for many years. J'espre it will give me much pleasure, and that's all you can ask for a headset, not ?????
