Amp lamp, two 6550 power tubes (home) or KT88 choice. And 6 12AX7 in pramplification. All for a practical power of just over 80w (not 120 watts as advertised!)
I found the lights very poor backgrounds.
I tried the Kt-88, they give more volume (again +!) And a more prcis with good bass. It's great, especially for styles tend metal.
Nanmoins, APRS have tried many things, my preferences shall adopt was on 6550 Thung-Sol, which gives a bit of fat but mostly the amp a more rich and warm that brings out the grain CHARACTERISTICS rocky rock and roll of the head!
