I use one myself for now.

+ Design
+ The motor off and reverse function
+ The motor torque rather good for the price of platinum
- The plastic shell

I tried the numark 1650, it produced two are of the same quality for my taste.

The RAPORT / exellent quality price since I bought this board 139 euro (Trading) which has a direct drive turntable even entry-level, is really cheap.

I basically mix CD I needed a turntable to encode my vinyl and also for me to be able to mix vinyl, so I decided to take a bit expensive platinum and entry level direct drive for a give me a hand on vinyl.
So if you want to make the same use as I do, yes I recommend and I would do this choice.
